Base $60 + $15 per bedroom + $20 per bathroom → deep-clean adjustment ×1.5 if selected → weekly discount ×0.9 if selected → oven extra +$25 → minimum $90. Round to cents after adjustments. Range: total ±10%.

Two bedrooms, one bathroom, standard one-time clean, no extras: $60 + $30 + $20 = $110. Sample range: $99–$121.

Only sample postal code 10001 is supported. Five or more bedrooms and excluded conditions require manual review.
